We help customers to maximise the benefits of digitalised video technology by offering two types of consulting services: concept development, and tailoring of software to meet the customer’s specific needs. In the concept development we identify the new opportunities provided by video technology in order to boost the efficiency of actions within the organization. In software projects we put development ideas into action by tailoring the features of the system, and by integrating video solutions to other production systems.
In delivery projects we carry out a comprehensive delivery of a video solution for production use. These projects can cover a condition and version survey of the initial situation or the existing video system, co-ordination of potential installations, configuration of the delivered system, and the training needed for installation and configuration.
We offer training in the use of our products, and in certifying partners for delivery and production of lifecycle services for our products. The training can be organized either at the ASAN premises or the premises of the customer.
We offer a comprehensive service package for controlling the lifecycle of our products and solutions. The services can be customary maintenance and support services included in the contract, or they can be tailored for specific business needs of the customer. All services can be set to be measured in order to enable follow-up of the service goals.
